PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OFFICE OR EUIPO (TRADEMARK AND DESIGNS)
To be qualified to ensure representation with regard to designs and/or trademarks, representatives must:
a) be a national of one of the European Economic area (EEA) member states;
b) have their place of employment in the EEA;
c) have the authority under national law to represent, with regard to designs and/or trademarks, third parties before the central industrial property service; to this effect, the person must provide an attestation delivered by the central intellectual property service of an EEA member state.
